This past summer, a Brazilian TV crime show host was arrested for ordering killings that were then featured on his popular cops-like TV show.  According to a prominent Portuguese translation service, the suspect, William Souza ordered four killings to create stories for his show and to improve ratings.  Apparently Souza was a former police officer worked together with his former co-workers who wanted to appear on television.  In total, fifteen people were arrested including members of Souza’s family.  Police first became suspicious of Souza when he was habitually the first one to appear on crime scenes and when his show revealed facts of the cases that would only be known by the killer.
