The Merger

It is almost 9:00 AM, and I need to get ready for a very important business meeting. We are looking at a corporate merger with another company. It is very important that this merger takes place, for the sake of both companies. Each company is going to do it’s own independent study on the merger. My employees are already swamped under their regular work. I talked to tatum about sending us a group of financial experts to write up the study. As soon as they get here I need to spend the morning go over the important aspect of the merger.
