Figured Out Why Computer Keeps Crashing

I use computers all the time, but really know nothing about how they work. I finally figured out why my computer keeps crashing and felt like I just found a cure for a major disease. I learned how to clean out my registry and had never done that in the last six months. Over time, my registry got cluttered with all different kinds of files and even had some corrupt data in it. That corrupt data was forcing my computer to freeze up and shut down randomly. Now that I know how to do this and it’s so simple, my life is less stressful.
