Good thing with intrinsic foot strength
February 24th, 2010 by admin
How is intrinsic foot strength important? Intrinsic foot strength is considered as the ability of the foot to support itself without the use of footwear or foot supports as well. In some people this is not very good and they do need special shoe or foot orthotics. In other people it is not so bad, and they can benefit from some intrinsic muscle strength testing. Those with good intrinsic foot strength may not develop foot problems just like with those who have not. They can usually run around barefoot without the need for protection from good running shoes. That’s the good side of having intrinsic foot strength.
