    Shelf Life Of Vitamins

    I was reading an article the other day about vitamins and I read that by the time the vitamins that you buy them in a normal grocery store down the street, the useful shelf life of the essential ingredients has all but expired. So now I need to find a place to buy my vitamins for women so that I know that they are fresh. What would be a recommended place to buy them? And exactly how will I know if what I am taking is working for me and not just the same thing that I have been taking from the supermarket.
