Fish is regarded as one of the healthiest and tasty non vegetarian food available and salmon is one of the healthiest fishe’s one can consume. There are various fishe’s available for consumption in the market but salmon is a class apart and is consumed on a very vast scale all over the world. The proteins present in salmon fish are very helpful for the growth of children, for lactating mothers and for young men. It is also very widely used for medicinal purposes. There are many ways in which salmon is prepared for consumption but my mothers smoked salmon recipe is just out of this world.
