Making Ends Meet

Things are a bit tougher these days. I lost my job a few weeks ago and we now have to live on my husband’s salary alone. He is well paid, but we must adjust. I’m buying cheaper things these days. For example, the bathroom accessories set I just bought was a lower quality than I would normally buy. We are being much more restrained about eating out and traveling, and our usual two vacations a year will be one, if that. The nice things is I can enjoy cooking more and save money that way, plus I am doing a lot of study so that I might earn money from home soon.
