Senseless Damage to Ceilings was Done by an Angry Homeowner

My husband and I are starting a new business. We decided to buy some of the foreclosed homes in the area and rent them out, or sell them if possible. Most of the homes are in need of serious repairs. It seems like the previous owners lost interest in keeping their home in good shape once they knew they were going to lose it to the bank. In fact, one of the homes we purchased at a high discounted price looks like it has a lot of intentional damage. My husband is going to read up on installing drywall on ceilings due to somebody purposely poking holes. Neither of us understands what goes through a person’s mind when they do things like that.
