The Kitchen Police Have My Address

The Kitchen Police have been notified about my house and I think I’m on their list of places to visit. I just bought a new (to me) home that was stuck in the 70′s so I can only guess that my realtor is the one who tipped them off.
I’d like to think that my brown appliances are ‘with it’. You just don’t call them brown but ‘oil rubbed bronze’. See what a difference it makes to just simply update the color name?
My old colonial styled counter height bar stools are completely at home in this kitchen. Sigh – I guess I’m going to have to get rid of the eagle motif, though.
