We Made Room for My Mother’s Things with Over the Toilet Storage

    February 9th, 2010 by admin

When my mother moved in  with us for the winter, I found myself needing to carve out space for her in our bathroom as well as converting the guest room for her needs. We don’t have much available bathroom space to begin with, and I couldn’t imagine where I could find room for her things. The solution was an over the toilet storage unit. It gave her a little closed area for her personal things and open shelving for towels and face cloths. I like it so much that I think we will keep it right where it is even after she moves into her own place next spring.
