Curious About the Best Marketing Techniques for Property Management

I have been working in commercial real estate for years now. I think that I am pretty good at what I do. However, the company that I work for is branching out and just purchased some new properties. These properties have a lot vacancies. I am wondering what the best property marketing techniques are. We do not have a high turn over rate so marketing has not been an issue for us in the past. However, these properties are a bit more of a challenge and I want to figure out how to best tackle them and start off on the right foot.
