Wear Eyeliner to be a True Scene Kid

The eyeliner used to be for girls alone but not anymore. Now it is not uncommon to see a male scene kid wearing an eyeliner In fact, it is considered as a must for all scenes both male and female. There are basically two kinds of eyeliners, the pencil type and the liquid eyeliner. To get the most desired cat eye look, it is said that liquid eyeliner is best to use. Liquid eyeliners though are quite hard to apply. And it is very easy to mess it up. So if you are new with eyeliners, use the pencil first.
