The Thought That Counts

I told my husband I needed new shoes for Christmas. I meant ladies dress shoes and he got me some new kswiss sneakers. I was disappointed at first, but reminded myself it was the thought that counts. I started wearing them every day and found that I really like these shoes. They are much more comfortable than ladies dress shoes. They don’t look good with my dresses, but since I rarely wear dresses, I decided the sneakers were a much better deal. It was money well spent because I am sure I will continue to wear these until they fall apart.
