Windows system32 nmdfgds0 dll is a very dangerous virus that have been know to create substantial damage in Windows XP systems. Since it has a worm associate to it, that redesigns the registry in a different way, it is almost impossible to find. If an anti-virus cannot find the said virus, you have to manually delete it and its traces. Usually, the virus can be found in the directory Windows/system32/nmdfgds0.dll. You can manually delete the said file, and also delete its traces in the recycle bin to avoid reactivation.
