    The Voice Recognition Software Works Well

    I have been thinking about what we really need to do to help figure out what needs to be done for the voice recognition softwares that we are using at our work place. I know that it is just not working very well. We have people calling in all the time. I just want to know that I am getting everything done the way that it needs to be done. Maybe then I will know what we are supposed to do when people are calling in, and they just do not know what to do. I just know that will really help.
